Antyodaya Ration Card is provided to all the beneficiaries under Antyodaya Anna Yojana. Through this, the beneficiaries will be able to get 35 kg ration which includes 20 kg wheat and 15 kg rice.

Objective of Antyodaya Anna Yojana

The implementation of the Antyodaya Anna Yojana was a step towards reducing hunger among the poorest section of the population below the poverty line. A national sample survey exercise pointed to the fact that about 5% of the total population in the country sleeps without two meals a day.
