Madhya Shiksha Parshad canceled the jobs of 102 teachers following the order of Calcutta High Court. Recently a notification has been published by the Board of Secondary Education. It has been informed that, on the basis of the judgment given by the High Court on December 14th last year, the board removed 102 teachers from their jobs. A detailed list of terminated teachers has also been released.

Allegations are being raised against the illegally employed teachers. The court is canceling the jobs of unqualified teachers one after another. Recently, on December 14 last year, the High Court canceled the jobs of 102 teachers who were appointed illegally.

The Board of Secondary Education has recently issued a notification complying with the High Court order. The board said that 102 teachers concerned are being removed from their jobs. The name of all these teachers, in which school they were working, and when they joined the work, the board has also given the list. It has also been mentioned that teachers’ jobs are being canceled on the basis of any order of the High Court.

Incidentally, the court canceled the jobs of 53 candidates, then 140, then 59 and a few days ago, among the candidates who approached the High Court in the case of cancellation of 269 teachers’ jobs. The total number of terminated teachers is currently 255. The High Court will decide on the employment of the remaining candidates.
