Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has increased the vacancies for the recruitment of General Duty (GD) Constable. This time the Staff Selection Commission will appoint candidates for more vacancies. The relevant notification has been published on the official website of the commission. Interested candidates can check the notification by visiting the website (ssc.nic.in).
Earlier in 2022, the notification published by SSC announced the recruitment of 24,369 candidates for the post of GD Constable. However, recently in the new notification, the commission said that this vacancy has been increased. According to the new decision, a total of 46,435 vacancies will be filled. In that case, SSC will appoint 46,260 posts in the first phase and 175 posts in the second phase. The Commission has announced through the list how many categories of candidates will be appointed in the GD Constable exam in each state.
Job News: Recruitment of constables in secondary side
A large number of candidates participate in the GD Constable post exam every time. BSF, SSF, Narcotics Bureau, Assam Rifles and other GD Constable posts will be recruited by SSC. Out of which the Commission will appoint the most candidates in the Border Security Force (BSF). Incidentally, the examination for the post of GD Constable, which began on January 10 this year, will continue until February 14. After that, the result of the exam is likely to be declared in the month of March.
