State Budget 2023: Chandrima Bhattacharya made a big announcement for the common people of the state in the state budget. The circle rate was discounted by 10 percent. In this year’s budget, the state government extended the duration of both these exemptions. Chandrima Bhattacharya proposed in the Legislative Assembly to extend the exemption period by another 6 months. In that case, as a result of the new discount, the customers of house, land will get this new benefit till September 30.

Basically, the state government had given this stamp duty, circle rate discount to provide some relief to the common people and to give relief to the housing industry during the Corona period. Minister of State for Finance Chandrima Bhattacharya said that as a result of this decision of the state government, the tide has come to the housing industry in the state after Corona.
