About 54 teachers submitted an affidavit to the court claiming that they had been legally employed earlier. Justice Gangopadhyay canceled the jobs of 53 teachers among them. Another 88 teachers approached the court again. Their claim is not illegal, they all got jobs legally.
A few days ago, the jobs of 268 primary teachers were canceled by the order of Justice Gangopadhyay. Then when these teachers approached the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court advised the High Court to hear the statements of the concerned teachers. Also, these teachers are asked to submit proof that they have not been illegally recruited. All these teachers will be retained in their jobs if the High Court decides.

According to the Supreme Court’s order, the concerned primary teachers filed an affidavit in the High Court claiming that the job was valid. Earlier, 54 teachers gave their speech. However, Justice Gangopadhyay canceled the jobs of 53 teachers among them. This time again 88 teachers approached the High Court to save their jobs.
These 88 teachers submitted an affidavit to the court demanding the validity of their employment. Justice Gangopadhyay will hear their plea next week. The case will be heard next week. Incidentally, out of the 268 teachers whose jobs have been cancelled, 142 teachers have already submitted their affidavits in the court. However, the remaining 126 teachers have not given their statement yet.
