In this situation, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented the current year’s budget on February 1. In such a situation, the price of gold and silver increased again right after the budget. This price has already increased a lot in Varanasi of Uttar Pradesh. According to the information received, the price of gold has increased by Rs 250 per gram. Besides, silver price rose by Tk 300 to Tk 74,800 per kg.
Where did the price of gold reach: Gold prices increased in the largest bullion market of the eastern region on Thursday, February 2. The price of 10 grams of 22 carat gold increased by Tk 250 to Tk 53,850. Earlier last February 1, this price was Rs 53,600. Also, on January 31, 10 grams of gold was priced at Tk 53,750. Meanwhile, gold prices were same on January 30 and 29. However, on January 28 and 27, gold prices were Tk 53,600 and Tk 54,200 respectively.
24 Carat Price: Meanwhile, the price of 24 carat pure gold stood at Tk 59,885 per 10 grams on February 2. In this context, bullion trader Rupendra Singh Juneja said that the ups and downs of gold and silver prices continued from the beginning of February. However, the wedding season is just around the corner. In such a situation, it is estimated that such ups and downs in gold and silver prices will continue.

Silver price increased by Rs.300: Now, if we look at the price of silver, it will be understood that an upward trend has been observed in this price as well. On Thursday, silver price rose by Rs.300. In view of which this price has reached 74,800 taka per kg. Earlier on last February 1 i.e. Wednesday this price was Tk 74,500. Besides, the price of silver on January 31 and 30 was Tk 74,700 and Tk 74,200 per kg respectively.
