The University Grants Commission (UGC) has directed admission to undergraduate courses in various universities of the country through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). Recently, it is known that detailed notification and guidelines have been issued by the University Grants Commission.
The ‘CUET’ exam is considered as one of the most important entrance exams in the country. The respective examination is organized by the National Examinations Conducting Organization (NTA). This ‘CUET-UG’ exam will be conducted this year as well. Exams are likely to start from 21st May. The applications of the interested candidates have been started. Applications will be accepted till 12th March. In that case, candidates can go to the website (cuet.samarth.ac.in) and register for the exam.

Admission to Journalism course is going on
Universities in the country conduct different entrance exams usually for admission at undergraduate level. According to the sources, from now on, the UGC has requested to admit the students based on the marks of an entrance test (Common University Entrance Test). In that case various Central Universities, Deemed Universities, Higher Education Institutions including State Government and Private Universities have been informed to give priority to the marks of ‘CUET’. Incidentally, interested candidates must follow the official website of the exam to know more about the ‘CUET’ exam.
