Especially for the visitors of North Bengal, it is like getting the moon in hand. According to sources, the fare chart for the Vande Bharat Express train from Howrah to New Jalpaiguri has already been published. If the passengers want to get chair car facility in this train then they have to spend Tk 1,565 as fare. On the other hand, the economy class fare has been fixed at Tk 2,825. Again, from New Jalpaiguri to Howrah but the chair car fare is slightly less. In that case your cost will be Rs 1,545 and EC fare will be Rs 2,670. If a passenger comes from Howrah to Maldah, CC fare is Tk 950 and EC fare is Tk 1,775.
On the way back from Maldah to Howrah, the EC fare is Tk 1,865 and the CC fare is Tk 1,050. Apart from this, CC fare and EC fare from Bolpur to Malda cost Rs 710 and Rs 1,245 respectively. Again, the CC fare to Bolpur from Malda will be Tk 810 and the EC fare will be Tk 1,385. Passengers will have to spend Tk 430 as CC fare from Maldah Town to Barsai Junction. On the other hand, in case of EC rent, 825 should be multiplied. On the way back, CC fare will be Tk 445 and EC fare will be Tk 840. CC fare allocated for Barsai to New Jalpaiguri is Rs 725 and EC fare is Rs 1,235. CC fare is Tk 520 and EC fare is Tk 1,050 on the way back. CC fare from Bolpur to New Jalpaiguri is Tk 1,310.
On the other hand, the CC fare from New Jalpaiguri to Bolpur is Tk 1,190 and the EC fare from New Jalpaiguri to Bolpur is Tk 2,150. And while traveling from Bolpur to New Jalpaiguri EC fare will cost Tk 2,305. Barsai Junction is the shortest stop on the route of the Vande Bharat Express train from Maldah Town. So in this case, passengers can board the Bande Bharat Express train for only 430 taka or 445 taka.
